AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. AI responses are provided for informational purposes and are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Paid features renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable app store. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our control.
We may investigate suspected abuse, fraud, scraping, credential sharing, payment fraud or security threats and may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Services.
Unless expressly permitted, accounts are for individual use and may not be shared to circumvent subscriptions or restrictions.
All software, trademarks, logos and content are owned by eXceedr or its licensors.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eXceedr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable export control or sanctions laws.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by eXceedr without restriction or compensation.
We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, cloud outages or government actions.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where eXceedr operates.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and eXceedr.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
